If you're making a biopic of a musical parodist, what better way to do it than with a parody of musical biopics? Weird: The Al Yankovic Story tells the "unexaggerated true story about the greatest musician of our time," full of sex, drugs and underground polka parties.

Daniel Radcliffe stars as Weird Al, saying in the movie's trailer, "My whole life, all I wanted is to make up new words to a song that already exists." So begins his meteoric rise to fame, as he turns "My Sharona" into "My Bologna" and "Like a Virgin" into "Like a Surgeon."

Evan Rachel Wood co-stars as Madonna, who is a torrid love interest in this retelling, with Rainn Wilson as radio broadcaster Dr. Demento and Quinta Brunson as Oprah Winfrey. The real Al Yankovic appears as a record executive and also co-wrote the movie's screenplay with director Eric Appel.

Weird: The Al Yankovic Story will premiere in the Midnight Madness program during this year's Toronto International Film Festival before streaming exclusively on The Roku Channel on November 4. Watch the trailer below.
