You know what they say: Two Thors are better than one.
Marvel Studios unveiled the official trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder, in which Chris Hemsworth's God of Thunder embarks on a search for self-discovery but soon faces being out-Thorred by his ex-girlfriend, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman). It took more than a decade, but Portman is finally wielding the hammer.
Doctor Strange may have ventured into the Multiverse of Madness, but with Taika Waititi once again at the helm following 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok, the Thors should expect plenty of madness of their own as they take on a god-butchering super-villain called — what else? — Gorr the God Butcher (played by Oscar winner Christian Bale). "The only ones who gods care about is themselves," Gorr proclaims in the trailer. "So this is my vow: All gods will die."
The Thor fourquel also sees Waititi reprise his role as Korg and Tessa Thompson as King Valkyrie, with an appearance from the Guardians of the Galaxy and Russell Crowe as Zeus, who reigns supreme over the MCU's Olympus. (And is apparently who we have to thank for getting Thor naked.)
