On March 8, the U.S. Embassy in London held a private event at Winfield House in celebration of International Women's Day with female directors, actors and producers, as well as artists and political figures, to discuss "the important role that women in the creative arts industry play in deepening the relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom."
Ambassador Philip T. Reeker shared a few images from the event, which featured speakers Waad Al-Kateab, a 2021 Academy Gold Fellowship for Women recipient, and Leslie Caron, a two-time Oscar-nominated actress.
